Crossover Consulting LLC was founded in 2012 with a simple but powerful mission: to make transatlantic business expansion accessible, efficient, and successful. What began as a two-person advisory practice in Frankfurt has grown into a leading international consulting firm with offices on both sides of the Atlantic, serving over 750 clients across 14 industries.
Our founders recognized a persistent gap in the market: European companies with world-class products and technology struggled to navigate the complexities of the American market, while US firms underestimated the regulatory, cultural, and operational challenges of establishing a European presence. Traditional consulting firms offered generic advice at premium prices; what was needed was a firm with genuine dual-market expertise and the operational capability to execute, not just advise.
Today, Crossover Consulting has brokered more than $2 billion in capital, facilitated over 320 market entry projects, and advised on cross-border M&A transactions spanning three continents. Our team of 65 professionals brings expertise from investment banking, management consulting, corporate law, and industry operations, with the average team member possessing 12 years of cross-border transaction experience.
