Senior Associate -- Cross-Border M&A (Frankfurt)

Lead transaction execution for cross-border M&A mandates between the US and Europe. Requires 4-6 years of investment banking or M&A advisory experience with demonstrated cross-border deal exposure. Native German and fluent English required.

Vice President -- Market Entry Advisory (Miami)

Manage and grow our US market entry practice, advising European companies on their North American expansion strategies. 7-10 years of management consulting or corporate development experience required. Bilingual English/German strongly preferred.

Analyst -- Research & Insights (Frankfurt)

Support our research practice with quantitative and qualitative market analysis across key sectors. Recent graduates with strong analytical skills, excellent academic credentials, and bilingual capabilities are encouraged to apply.

Associate -- Investor Relations (Miami)

Support our investor matching practice, connecting European companies with US institutional and venture capital investors. 2-4 years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, or venture capital required.
